you should post something! and if you're not a good artist now, doesn't mean you can't become one
you just have to practise.

well, if you get your inspiration from life, look at the people around you and write about them.. perhaps that's an idea?

one thing I did a year ago or so was look around my room and I wrote about the first three objects I saw. I saw my bed, curtains and a photograph.. and then wrote an one-shot about something else entirely, but with those objects still in them.
